I sprained my left wrist while carrying my niece.

I can feel pain when carrying heavy thing. Worst, sometimes i can feel the suan suan feeling when the weather is cold.

i suck at calculation

but i will be doing the simple cutting down bit.. easy way is to just eat about 70% to 80% of my usual amount.. since i'm not putting on any weight, the calorie intake will drop by the same amount, putting me into a calorie deficit...

the increase in exercise should help too but i have to take it easy.. i guess i usually forget and that's how i screwed up my other parts too

yes, just eating less works fine.

the exercise is for cardiovascular fitness and building/ maintainence of lean muscle mass and bone mass. it is not specifically for weight loss, even though it helps.

I resorted to tracking calories because I couldn't figure out why I was still dropping weight lol.

for the diet part, I can give you a simple tip.

go look up the harris bennedict formula for calculating your daily caloric requirements, and plan your food intake accordingly. counting calories will be a real pain at first but after a while your agar-ration skill will be good enough that it becomes second nature in your head. there is no need to ever resort to eating out of tupperware containers as long as you're aware of the estimated caloric content of whatever you're eating. Also, eat less of the high sugar and fried stuff and you're good.

the most important thing to remember is: if you're eating too much, no amount of exercise is going to make up for it.

dont remind me of this. my stomach shrunk this week. i couldn't even finish a single serve of my noodles during din.

I betcha earthquake wishes she had your problem....well, just the part about the shrinking stomach, and not so much the loss of appetite :P

zora, often we assume that when the pain is over, we recover, therefore not seeking treatment. do seek treatment to prevent the problem from recurring

you have the tiger balm rub, the hot version ? its good, I steal from bear one tub.

don't just start lifting like this, like bear, go check with a physiotherapist or something what you can and cannot do first. and get someone to show you show to do the exercises with the correct technique and form. lifting weights is very beneficial but can also hurt you if you're doing it wrong.

Haha, her dog is a mongrel but very lovable and for some reason he loves me very much

I do spoil him quite a bit and my friend was like maybe I should leave him with you since he don’t want to leave your house.

they're feline predators... so a different tactic is needed..

if they do not accept you immediately, you have to slowly win their trust...

don't look them in the eye.. look away from them.. go around their vicinity but do not look at them.. no sudden movements...

after a while, you can try to tempt them with a treat or something.. hold it in your hand, while not looking at them...

it may take some time, but if they come towards you, still without looking them in the eye, make soothing noises or talk to them in a gentle voice.. let them take the treat out of your hand... then slowly stroke them gently...

after a while, they'll be all right with you

hopefully...
